Shipping & Delivery

1. Tracked & secure delivery

Tracked and secure delivery is offered in the countries listed on each product page.
For countries/regions not available on the store: delivery may be possible upon request by email.

2. Information shown on each product page

The following information is indicated on each product page:

  • delivery cost (delivery is free within available markets; some countries may require a specific adjustment indicated before checkout) ;
  • estimated delivery time (example: delivered within 14 business days, for guidance only). In case of significant delay, customer rights apply in accordance with the Terms & Conditions;
  • country of shipment (example: USA);
  • any specific production details (made to order, handmade, etc.).

3. Processing time & carrier handover

The product page may also indicate the order processing time (manufacturing and preparation for shipment: quality control, packaging, etc.) and handover to the carrier (example: within 3 business days).

4. Confirmation & tracking emails

Once your order is placed, you will receive by email:

  • order confirmation within 48 hours;
  • tracking number(s) for each parcel in your order, usually within 3 business days (depending on carriers).

5. Multi-supplier orders

Your order may include several products from different creators and suppliers.

6. Multiple parcels

A single order may therefore arrive in multiple parcels and on different dates.

7. Delayed or undelivered orders

  • If the indicated delivery timeframe for a product has been exceeded, you may either contact the carrier using the tracking number or write to us.
  • Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary depending on carriers and logistics periods.
  • If your order arrives late, you may notify us by email within 7 days of the delivery date. We will verify the delivery date via the tracking number. If the delay is confirmed, we will offer you a 10% discount valid for 2 months on your next physical product order from the store.
  • If the order has not been received but the tracking number shows it as delivered, you must first contact the carrier (UPS, GLS, FEDEX, DHL, etc.), then our customer service. An investigation will be opened with the carrier. Depending on the outcome (proof of delivery, routing error, etc.), an appropriate solution may be proposed (reshipment or refund).

8. Reminder: non-EU orders & customs

For international deliveries (including outside the European Union), customs duties, local VAT/GST, import taxes or other fees may be requested from the Customer upon delivery (outside of the payment made on the Store), by the customs authorities of the destination country and/or by the carrier or postal service (which may advance customs fees and later invoice the Customer) at the time of delivery.

Prices adjusted by market: selling prices may be adjusted in order to take local import duties into account and ensure fair international pricing.

In most cases, the carrier contacts the Customer (SMS, email or payment link) once the parcel reaches customs, to settle these fees before delivery or upon delivery (depending on the carrier).

These potential fees are the responsibility of the Customer. These fees are independent from the Store and are determined by local authorities and carriers. Some parcels may pass without being charged. The cost varies depending on the product type, order value and applicable rates in the destination country.

The Store has no control over these additional fees and cannot be held responsible for them. The Customer is also responsible for ensuring that Products comply with local laws in the destination country.

If the Customer refuses to pay these fees, the carrier will return the parcel. Refunds are issued only after the parcel has been returned and after deduction of applicable costs (return shipping, customs, etc.). Upon receipt of the parcel, the Customer will be refunded the order amount minus return and potential customs fees.

Our accounting department processes refunds on Mondays. The Customer will then be notified by email that the refund has been issued. The refunded amount generally appears within 5 business days (depending on banks and payment processors) on the payment method originally used.

9. Products shipped from the United States

This section applies only to cosmetic products (solid perfumes & serums).

  • Products shipped from the United States
  • Sold exclusively within the United States
  • No customs fees apply
  • Tracked domestic shipping
  • Local sales taxes may apply depending on the state (if applicable, they are displayed at checkout)
  • Returns accepted only in case of error or product defect.
